So... sticking sith the Sacrilege theme here's a double whammy post for ya I can't get much info about either band but here's what i know There was a heavy female fronted "crust" band from Montreal Canada called Hellbound they did 2 split albums and a split 7" after they broke up 3 of the members formed a heavy female fronted "crust" band called After the Bombs (Pictured above) who did an album and 3 7"'s and split up! Sorry theres not much info about the bands on their records or online and try typing variations on "Hellbound" into google and see how many matches you find! The reason i post these is after saying in the Sacrilege post below that many bands would not exist without Sacrilege here's 2 prime examples Hellbound less so than After the bombs, Hellbound are some utterly destroying raging "Crust" Yanick's vocals are a bit higher in the mix on the Hellbound stuff than on A.T.B. of their 2 split CD's they did, the one with Despite is quite easy to find, but the other Split W/ Waves was a Japanese only release this is not so easy to come by for download or to buy so below you will find both of these in one file ripped from my own CD's @ 320kbps I haven't included the split 7" because I've only got an atrocious quality vinyl rip of it which would be pointless having and would ruin the impact of the 2 amazing Splits.
The other link is to the complete discography of After The Bombs The 1st EP "Terminal Filth Stench Bastard" pretty much carries on where Hellbound left off ripping fast heavy as fuck Sacrilege/Antisect influenced "Crust" but the other 2 EP's and especially the album is where you start to hear why A.T.B. would not exist without Sacrilege. The album "Relentless Onslaught" to me sounds like the album that Sacrilege could have made after "Behind The Realms..." The production on the album is great everything's really clear (except the vocals that are a bit low in the mix) and some of the guitar work on there is just amazing the songs are just epic without being too widdly guitar or getting boring, this album is definitely one of my top 10 favourites of this genre and i have played it to death! It takes the sound Sacrilege created throws in some Antisect adds their own touches and comes out with an album that's a tribute to it's influences but still sounds new it's just jaw dropping it's an absolute masterpiece and to split up after creating that is just seriously tragic! From what info I can find none of them have any other bands going either which is a shame cos their guitarists are just amazing! The Album & "Terminal..." EP are ripped from CD 320Kbps The other 2 Vinyl Ep's have 5 tracks total between them 2 of which are taken from the Moshpit Tragedy After The Bombs sampler so are CD quality the remaining 3 are from vinyl rips theres nothing really poor quality though so it's a safe bet this is prob best quality download of After the Bombs & Hellbound you'll find around the net.
